The 475 Panacea is Intrepid's answer to the question of whether a center console can be a genuine offshore weapon and a comfortable day yacht at the same time. This 2015 example is rigged the way owners of these boats hope to find them: quad Mercury 350 L6 Verados showing 1,100 hours, a full tuna tower for spotting and running, a Panda generator for at-anchor power, and a Seakeeper 9 gyro stabilizer installed in 2023.
Named for the Greek goddess of universal remedy, she pairs a wave-crushing 47-foot hull with a helm built around a state-of-the-art electronics platform, and a cockpit and bow that convert easily between fishing and lounging. She is currently lying in Warwick, Rhode Island.

Power & Systems
Quad Mercury 350 L6 Verado outboards with approximately 1,100 hours, backed by a Panda generator for running air conditioning and accessories away from the dock. A Seakeeper 9 gyro stabilizer, added in 2023, takes the roll out of drifting, trolling, and anchoring, a significant and expensive upgrade on a boat of this vintage.
Fishability
A full tuna tower gives elevated visibility for running and spotting fish, while the expansive cockpit is laid out with rear seating and fish boxes and storage lockers for a serious offshore day. Fiberglass construction on a 13-foot-8-inch beam gives her the stability and dry ride Intrepid built her reputation on.
Helm
The helm is built around a state-of-the-art electronics platform, with fold-down armrests, footrests, LED lighting, and a convenient cooler within reach of the driver, a station meant for long runs offshore rather than short hops.
Comfort & Entertaining
An oversized sunpad and wraparound forward seating create a versatile VIP lounge that converts to an al fresco dining area, so the bow works as hard on a family cruise as it does on a fishing day.
Cabin
Below, the cabin includes a roomy head with a shower and vanity, making her practical for long days, overnights, and mixed-company use.
Quad Verado power, a tuna tower, and a 2023 Seakeeper 9 define this Panacea.
