The BX28
The BX28 is the largest boat in Sea Hunt’s BX bay boat series: 28 feet 6 inches long with a 9-foot-6 beam and a 19-inch draft. It is rated to 600 hp and rigged with twin Yamaha F300s, 157 gallons of fuel and dual 12-inch Garmin displays.

Father and son Vic and Bubba Roof started Sea Hunt in 1995 in a one-room shop outside Columbia, South Carolina, with a plan to build an affordable boat that leads its class. The company is still family-owned and still builds in Columbia. Sea Hunt reports that it has been the top-selling saltwater center console for 20 years straight.
