What's here
Harbor Lights has been a marina on Warwick Neck since 1976 and joined Flying Bridge in 2025. It sits at the mouth of Warwick Cove on Greenwich Bay, with double-finger piers on 200 slips, a fuel dock that takes boats over 100 feet, and a clubhouse, golf course, pool and restaurant on the same property. Newport is a short run down the bay.

The Boat Club at Harbor Lights
Members reserve the Harbor Lights fleet through the member app for a morning (8:00 to 12:30) or afternoon (1:30 to 5:30) session.
Membership and pricing
Three terms, all with $400 monthly dues billed in advance. Orientation is scheduled after registration.

Fuel is not part of the dues and is billed separately once a month, for the reservations made the month before.
The one-year fee counts toward a five-year upgrade

Winter storage at Harbor Lights
Winter land storage runs November to 30 April, with haul, block and launch, bottom wash, shrink wrapping and bottom painting. Storage is quoted per boat, by length and the work it needs; send the boat's make and LOA through the storage form for a quote.
Slips at Harbor Lights
The 2026 seasonal rates are per foot of boat or slip, whichever is greater, with electricity and water included. Transient dockage is $4.25 per foot, bookable 24 hours a day on Dockwa.

The marina shares the property with a nine-hole golf course, an infinity pool with the Drift Bar, the Par & Tackle restaurant and the clubhouse event spaces used for weddings and parties.
