This 23 Bay Bolt Hybrid is built as a true crossover: shallow-water bay boat capability with the finish and sound system of a family dayboat. She's ordered in Glacier Blue over white upholstery, with Sandstone EVA flooring, white powder-coated metalwork and teak hydro-dipped helm accents, and the hardtop underside carries the Glacier Blue through overhead rather than plain white gelcoat.
Power is a single 300 HP Mercury FourStroke V8 with DTS and SeaStar electric steering, mounted on a hydraulic Bob's jack plate so she can be trimmed up and run skinny. A single 10-foot Power-Pole, Garmin 12-inch electronics and a seriously upgraded JL Audio system round out a build that fishes hard in the morning and entertains the rest of the day.

Full description
Performance & Systems
A 300 HP Mercury FourStroke V8 with digital throttle and shift and SeaStar electric steering turns a stainless propeller, with a Bob's hydraulic jack plate for shallow-water running and Lenco trim tabs with indicator for attitude control. Electrical is handled by Group 31 Odyssey AGM batteries for both crank and house, backed by a five-bank 12V 50A charger covering crank, house and a three-bank 12V trolling setup.
Fishability
Twin livewells with 1,000 GPH pumps and manual drains total 30 gallons, a single 10-foot Power-Pole pins her down on the flats, and a rod holder upgrade adds eleven more holders beyond the standard complement. A small tackle center below the helm seat keeps leader and terminal gear within reach, and a freshwater washdown kit with a 10-gallon tank, quick-connect hose and handheld shower cleans up afterward.
Electronics
A single Garmin 1243XSV 12-inch multifunction display anchors the helm alongside the 7-inch touchscreen digital switching and gauge system. Sonar coverage comes from a Garmin GT12MTHF 350W traditional medium-frequency CHIRP thru-hull plus a Garmin GT36UHD-TH 500W ultra-high-definition SideVü/DownVü transducer, with VHF radio in the console and N2K gateway integration.
Comfort & Entertaining
The console and hardtop package brings a three-pane full windshield with manual vent, a powder-coated frame with seven integrated rod holders, and Lumitec RGBW forward/aft spreader and helm down lighting. The deluxe stereo upgrade adds four JL Audio M6 8.8-inch cockpit speakers and two M6 10-inch subs on a 1000W XDM amp, plus four M6 6.5-inch speakers in the hardtop on a 400W amp. Bow upholstery with backrests, under-gunnel accent lighting and two Lumitec underwater lights finish her out.
Glacier Blue inside and out, jack-plated and Power-Pole equipped, with one of the best stereo and Garmin packages offered on the hull.
