About the 39' Speciale
The 39' Speciale is a family-friendly center console from HCB Yachts. HCB pitches it "for the aspiring" and as "a comparison shoppers dream" with the standard features and comfort the brand is known for. It has a 23-degree deadrise at the transom.
Power options are triple Yamaha 300s, triple Yamaha 350s, triple Mercury 425s or twin Mercury 600s, with a maximum rating of 1,200 HP. The boat carries 47 gallons of fresh water and two 40-gallon livewells.
The aft layout is open, with a rear-facing lounge seat that becomes a tackle station when the seat back folds down. HCB describes the helm as "unintimidating": it has cross-curved non-glaring glass for a panoramic view, a clean automotive-inspired dash, three helm seats and three displays that HCB says are among the largest in its class. It suits families and owners stepping into the HCB range who want the same helm approach as the larger models.
