What Factory Direct Means When You Buy a Yellowfin or Invincible

Published 27 October 2026 · Updated 27 October 2026 by Flying Bridge Marina · 2 min read

Most boat buyers deal with an independent dealer that buys boats from the builder and resells them. Yellowfin and Invincible, both owned by Warbird Marine Holdings, also sell through their own factory-direct operations and factory-direct partners. Flying Bridge Marina is a factory-direct partner for both brands.

For a buyer, the difference shows up in three places: who you work with, how the boat is built, and who looks after it afterward.

You work with the builder's own team

Working with Flying Bridge on a Yellowfin or Invincible is the same as working directly with the factory. The people specifying your boat have direct access to the teams that build it, so questions about layout, power and options go straight to the source.

Yellowfin describes its factory-direct model the same way: buyers work with the experts who know the boats best, from the first visit through delivery day.

The boat is configured around you

Both brands offer extensive customization. Yellowfin owners choose consoles, leaning posts, towers, transom setups and electronics. Invincible lists options across power, tops, fishing equipment, seating and canvas. Specifying a boat with a team that talks directly to the factory keeps those choices accurate from order to delivery.

For buyers who would rather not wait for a build, the factory also offers boats already in production, such as the Invincible 10 collection of 2027 catamarans.

Service connects back to the factory

In 2026 Warbird opened the Warbird Performance Center in Miami, with additional service in Sarasota. Its factory-trained technicians handle maintenance, warranty work, refits, custom modifications and repowers for both brands.

As a factory-direct partner, Flying Bridge services Yellowfin and Invincible boats in New England and Southwest Florida and works directly with the factory on parts, warranty and technical questions.

The warranty

Invincible backs its boats with a 12-year transferable warranty. Ask the Flying Bridge team to walk you through the current Yellowfin and Invincible warranty terms for the model you are considering.
