Sea Hunt BX28

About the BX28

The BX28 is the longest model in Sea Hunt's BX bay boat series and the only one in the series with twin outboards as standard. It has the same 600 HP maximum as the Gamefish 28 models.

Storage is laid out for fishing: lockable storage with rod racks for four rods on each side, 150 quarts of bow storage, a 100-quart coffin box, an 80-quart drop-in compartment and bucket storage. Livewells include two aft livewells listed at 16 gallons and a 35-gallon livewell in the bait tank leaning post with captains chairs.

Standard power is twin Yamaha F300 XSB2 outboards with Yamaha Saltwater Series props. The helm has a dual 12-inch Garmin GPSMAP 1243xsv package with a GT17 transducer and a Yamaha CL5 touchscreen display, and a trolling motor plug and wiring harness, a fiberglass T-top with a mister system, a china toilet and a windlass anchor are standard. A 6-inch hydraulic jack plate and Yamaha autopilot are on the options list.
