About the Calypso 32

The Calypso 32 is the middle boat in the Chris-Craft Calypso dual console range, and it is the one the builder describes as the first Chris-Craft to offer a choice of optional lithium-ion battery systems in place of a generator. Chris-Craft says either system can run the heat, air conditioning or a Seakeeper 2 gyro stabilizer "for hours or even days." It suits owners who want to extend long days aboard without running a generator.

Power choices are twin Mercury Verado 300 HP outboards or twin Verado V10s at 350 or 400 HP, with joystick piloting and a maximum of 800 HP. Seakeeper Ride, inductive phone charging and connectivity to the MyChris-Craft App are standard.

The pilothouse top has a walk-through door and a telescoping motorized SureShade, and an optional drop curtain encloses the cockpit for heating or cooling. The galley has a stainless steel refrigerator, solid-surface countertop and sink, with a grill as an option. A portside aft-facing lounger with hidden storage sits near an optional teak cockpit table, and there is an enclosed head with a sink.
