About the Corsair 27
The Corsair 27 is the model in Chris-Craft's "Luxury Closed Bow Range." Its defining feature is an enclosed teak foredeck that replaces an open bow with handcrafted teak and storage underneath. It suits buyers who want a classic runabout profile and do not need bow seating.
Chris-Craft rates it for a 430 HP maximum. The standard engine is a 300 HP Mercury V8, and buyers can step up through Mercury 6.2L and 8.2L V8s or Volvo V8-CE engines to 430 HP.
The helm is redesigned with wider surfaces, improved cushioning and stainless steel grab handles, and the seats rotate to face aft. It carries a Garmin 1543xsv ultrawide display with Garmin Empiris digital switching, which brings navigation, vessel controls, lighting, power management and system monitoring into one platform. A manual Bimini with concealed storage is standard, and a power Bimini with one-touch deployment is available. Standard, Heritage Trim and Heritage Editions vary the teak, with the Heritage Edition adding a full teak floor.
